Mayanath services are personalized. Readings, in-person consultation preparation, remedy direction, and energized bhabhut orders require manual work, so refunds are limited once preparation begins.
1. General Policy
Refunds are not normally available after analysis, appointment preparation, remedy work, energizing, packing, or dispatch preparation has started. Spiritual interpretation is subjective, so refunds are not issued because a client disagrees with or does not resonate with guidance.
2. Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation within 2 hours of submitting a paid booking if work has not started and, for bhabhut, if energizing or packing has not begun.
3. Eligible Refund Conditions
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service and client.
- The paid service cannot be delivered from our side.
- The booking was cancelled within the eligible window before work began.
- A payment was received but cannot be matched to any valid booking after verification.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Incorrect birth, contact, problem, address, state, or pincode details were submitted.
- The client changes their mind after preparation starts.
- The client expected guaranteed outcomes, cures, legal results, business gains, relationship results, or financial gains.
- Bhabhut has already been energized, packed, dispatched, or delivery failed due to incorrect address.
5. Shipping and Packing
For energized bhabhut, shipping is statewise and packing cost is added at checkout. Once dispatch preparation begins, shipping and packing charges may be non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on bank, UPI provider, payment gateway, or verification requirements.
